Automated Ordering System
Our Automated Ordering System has been designed exclusively for existing customers to provide a convenient method for placing orders for smoke solution, extra training credits, spares kits, replacement parts, upgrades, etc.

Training Courses
Our Training Group offers the following programs:
  • -On-Line (over the internet) certification program
  • -In-House (factory) training course
  • -On-Site Field Training (through our Authorized Distributors)
The internet certification courses are designed to provide basic knowledge on the safety and use of the products. They are offered as a method to augment On-Site Field Training by providing a baseline of knowledge prior to the operator using the equipment.

In-House training is typically a 1 day course at our US Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. The courses are designed to “train the trainer” and include substantial hands-on training and deployment scenarios.

On-Site Field Training - this is only offered through our Authorized Distributors. Please contact your Distributor for course descriptions, pricing and scheduling. The On-Site Field Training course provide intensive hands-on training on the equipment and can include multiple scenarios for deployment of the equipment tailored to the customer’s specific requirements. Prerequisites for On-Site Field Training is the successful completion of the On-Line Certification program for each attendee.
